Dr. Virginia Green
Dr. Virginia Green is a Practitioner Professor of Strategic Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Applied Behavioral Sciences at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. A recipient of the 2023 Howard A. White Award for Teaching Excellence, she brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience as a former CEO, COO, and CMO. Dr. Green’s teaching and research focus on entrepreneurial strategy, innovation management, and the cognitive dimensions of entrepreneurial thinking. She is deeply engaged in developing programs that bridge theory and practice, with particular emphasis on how emerging technologies—such as AI—are reshaping education, leadership, and organizational design.
Fred Heim, MBA
Fred Heim is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, where he teaches MBA students on emerging technologies, innovation strategy, and venture development. With over 20 years of executive experience, he has led global brands, startups, and private equity ventures through AI adoption, digital transformation, and market expansion. Fred’s work focuses on the intersection of AI, business model innovation, and consumer behavior, with a particular interest in how technology shapes strategic decision-making. His industry experience spans health, fitness, and wellness, and he has held senior roles in marketing, product development, and strategy. He holds an MBA and a BS in Management from Pepperdine University and completed undergraduate studies in Brand Management at MCAD. A former U.S. Navy Rescue Swimmer, Fred brings a leadership style rooted in adaptability, clarity, and strategic foresight.
