City of RSM & SAMLARC's Fall Family Festival

Registration

  • Booth Description: Your organization’s responsibilities are to be set up by 1:30 p.m., host
    the booth from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m., event theme booth decorations (theme: “Spooktacular
    Fun”, costumes recommended), a treat for the participants (i.e. candy, stickers, small toy)
    and your organization’s promotional products. A 10 x 10 canopy is recommended.

Fall Family Festival is the newest event in the City of Rancho Santa Margarita.  This event will feature games, inflatables, crafts, music, food, costume contest, child & pet costume parade, a festive photo area and more! 

The City of Rancho Santa Margarita’s Community Services Department is excited to partner with SAMLARC, the Master Home Owners Association for the Fall Family Festival and we’re reaching out to our local businesses to participate. This is a great opportunity for your company to be face to face with your target market.

All we ask is that you decorate your booth (costumes recommended!) and provide either candy, stickers, or small toys for the children as they come by your booth.  Feel free to pass out any brochures or products to promote your business.  We’ll provide all the tables and chairs, and if you have a canopy we ask that you bring it with you as the sun will still be overhead. Booths will need to be ready to go by 1:30 p.m. and the fun begins 2:00 p.m.
