To all Members and Community Partners,
The RSM Chamber of Commerce is taking measures to protect the health and well-being of our members, volunteers, staff and visitors. To assist in preventing the risk of COVID-19 occurrences in our community, the RSM Chamber will be suspending all in person meetings and events until further notice.

RSM Chamber of Commerce, President
Because most business owners are being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we reached out to our Chamber members to determine if they have had to implement any revisions to their day-to-day business structure. Here are the responses:
We have closed our practice to routine treatment. We are seeing emergencies only and following all CDC and ADA guidelines. Also we have implemented a teledentistry protocol to address patient questions and concerns
As of now, we are open during normal business hours.
We currently have modified hours to help support our local businesses and community:
M-F 9am to 6pm
Sat-Sun 10am to 6pm
All services are still available and limited products are being replenished as soon as possible.
Pet Wants South County is a fresh pet food delivery service. We can help by providing the essential pet needs to those who are unable to leave their homes. We have Free Local Delivery and there is no minimum order. There is no human contact during the transaction and we have limited contact in our warehouse as we are a small, family business. We are taking all precautions to keep surfaces clean and wash hands. Residents can order online at:
or call us at 949-441-9140.
Our hours remain the same for now. We are only servicing customers through take-out or delivery service. Customers are free to come in and shop in our market area. We will be limiting how many customers can be in the restaurant at any time to keep compliant with social distancing.
State Farm Insurance and Financial Services
Insurance is considered an essential service. We are in the office, taking calls and responding to email, but are not meeting with customers face to face at this time.
Guidepost Montessori Foothill Ranch
Although our school is closed at the moment, we will be launching Emergency Care for Essential Workers this Monday to support those families who need to work because their services are critical to assisting the country during these turbulent times. Visit our site for more information:
US Alliance Group
Hours are the same, just from a remote location, not onsite at the office. We are fully operational, and have no barriers to doing business! We are available to cut payment processing costs for anyone who needs it in these unprecedented times.
Iron Key Escrow
Escrow companies are considered an essential business so we are working regular business hours. Additionally, we are pre-screening our clients before they come to our office to ensure they or other family members haven’t been sick , traveled outside the US or had any other potential contact with someone that could have Coronavirus in the past couple of weeks. Otherwise, we are following the CDC protocol.

We are doing private showings on all our listings. Interest rates are still very low making it actually a good time to buy since your interest rate will stay the same. If you are looking to buy or sell there are still homes for sale and still buyers looking to buy.We are doing private showings on all our listings. The Parkway Sports Bar & Grill
Unfortunately we have had to completely close The Parkway Sports Bar & Grill. We have had to lay off all our employees and have actually set up a Go Fund me page for them (see below). We purchased the restaurant on Oct 29th and spent a great deal of money over the past few months revamping, renaming and rebranding. We were just starting to see in dining business picking up but we have not had enough time to established enough takeout business to justify the costs to stay open for 2-4 orders a day hence the complete shutdown. We are working on menu options with the hope to partially reopen and rehire some of our employees in the coming weeks.

We have revised our hours. We are now open 8am – 5pm (originally 8am to 7pm).
We are also now providing telehealth services. If anyone suffers an injury during this time, or wishes to continue their physical therapy care virtually, we have the ability to do so.
Boys & Girls Club of Capistrano Valley
We have started running virtual programs for our members.
Everyone is working remote.
If anyone needs to get ahold of the Club, you can email Nicole Watson at email@example.com
